LONGTIME® è il primo marchio europeo che identifica e promuove i prodotti progettati per durare. I prodotti XP Metal Detectors elencati di seguito sono certificati LONGTIME® per garantire longevità, robustezza e riparabilità:

  • Metal detector DEUS II
  • Metal detector DEUS e ORX
  • Telecomando DEUS e ORX
  • Piastre di ricerca X35 e HF
  • Cuffie WS4, WS5 e WSAUDIO

5 ANNI DI GARANZIA

XP Metal Detectors garantisce che i loro metal detector saranno esenti da difetti nei materiali o nella lavorazione per 5 anni. La presente garanzia contrattuale per parti e manodopera ha effetto dalla data di acquisto iniziale.

Inoltre, al termine di questa garanzia di 5 anni, i prodotti XP Metal Detectors sono riparabili per un minimo di 5 anni aggiuntivi. Dopo il periodo di garanzia di 5 anni, XP riparerà questi prodotti a un prezzo ragionevole indipendentemente dal guasto.

I prodotti XP hanno una durata di almeno 10 anni!
Batterie, pinpointer, caricabatterie e connettori hanno una garanzia di 2 anni.

DETTAGLI DI GARANZIA

Questa garanzia non copre:

  • rottura causata da cadute, urti o danni accidentali
  • danni causati da un uso anomalo o derivanti dal mancato rispetto delle condizioni d’uso stabilite nelle istruzioni del dispositivo
  • alterazione del circuito elettronico da parte di persone non autorizzate
  • utilizzo senza copripiastra o con copripiastra difettoso
  • corrosione dei circuiti elettronici dovuta all’ingresso di acqua
  • riduzione della durata della batteria a causa dell’invecchiamento della batteria
  • rottura di cavi o fili

I pezzi di ricambio non sono coperti dalla garanzia di 5 anni.

Parti soggette a normale usura come padiglioni delle cuffie, bulloni e raccordi della piastra, custodie, ecc… (Queste parti devono essere sostituite in caso di usura in modo tale da non causare danni al dispositivo).

Batterie, pinpointer, caricabatterie e connettori hanno una garanzia di 2 anni. In caso di guasto o malfunzionamento, non esitate a consultare il servizio di assistenza tecnica autorizzato XP: Detector Center . Qualsiasi parte che deve essere restituita al servizio assistenza, deve essere accompagnata da una nota che spieghi il guasto. Le spese di trasporto/spedizione sono a carico del cliente. Per presentare un reclamo ai sensi della presente garanzia è necessaria la prova d’acquisto. Se un dispositivo difettoso è stato sostituito con uno nuovo o ricondizionato, la garanzia continuerà dalla data di acquisto originale.
